Plaintiff Richard Sepulveda v. Defendant Ole’s Waffle Shop
The court held that plaintiff Richard Sepulveda lacked standing and the ADA claim was not valid against defendant and Corfeestone client, Ole’s Waffle Shop. The Court DISMISSED the ADA claim and the plaintiff did not re-file his California Unruh Act claim in state court in Alameda County.
